Because you ask, we tell, memoria et historia, what forms us.  We trade in objects, like those you see here, modestly and sporadically.  Over three decades we did so for ourselves, becoming the custodian for a season of a changing succession, in retrospect, of coups of good fortune.  (Some we showcase as PRINCEPS here.)  In our present epoch we have arrayed a selection on our public website.  Throughout, we have been blessed by generously indulgent teachers in the museums, libraries and trade, to whom we owe abiding gratitude.

Our objects, past and present, are grains in a vista.  We like to scan a sweep of history, the highlights and evolution of it, and imagine how these objects might meld into the expanse.  They hint at deeper forms, embodying the will and prescience and emotion that create us.  We extend our modest offerings to you in this spirit and welcome your communications with respectful trepidation.
